I decided to run a 12-Week experiment on myself & completely f*ck up my Cortisol after being 6 years balanced (even with PCOS) because I wanted to create a protocol that fixed this in as little as 6 weeks. To my surprise it didn’t even take the full 12 weeks to do this… my Cortisol levels were out of whack at week 8 of my experiment.

Now before we dig into the details, the facts, the "what's inside" - I want to tell you a quick lil' story.

For 8 Weeks I did “all the right things to lose weight” that I know *also* fuck up Hormones 😉 . So for 8 weeks I:

  • Ate In a Calorie Deficit
